Baku/09.03.19/Turan: On September 5, cloudy weather is expected in Baku and Absheron, rain is possible in the morning, forecasters told the Ministry of Ecology.
The northwest wind will change in the afternoon to the southeast. The air temperature during the day will be + 25 + 27 degrees.
On areas of the country in some places, there will be showers with thunderstorms, fog in the morning, and east wind.

People's Artist Agadadash Agayev has been charged with hooliganism with the use of weapons, Article 221.3 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. A similar charge was brought against the guard of the clinic where the incident occurred.
