On November 15, a chance of rain is possible in some places in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula. At times, the increasing north-westerly wind will be replaced by a moderate south-easterly wind in the afternoon.
The air temperature will be +11 +14° at night, +15 +18° during the day, the National Hydrometeorological Service under the Ministry of Ecology of Azerbaijan reported.
Rains are expected in some regions of the country. In some areas, precipitation will be torrential in nature, there is a possibility of thunderstorms, hail, and snow in the highlands. Fog is expected in some areas at night and in the morning, a westerly wind will increase in some places. The air temperature at night will be +7 +11 °, during the day +15 + 20 °.
In the mountains at night it is expected from -1° to +4°, during the day +5 +10 °.

As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
