Baku/23.02.21/Turan: The front of cold Arctic weather has approached the borders of Azerbaijan from the north and continues to move south. The cold front moving from Russia brings precipitation and low temperature with it, the Ministry of Ecology of Azerbaijan said.
A cold anticyclone will come to the territory of Azerbaijan on the evening of February 23, bringing with it snowfalls and stormy winds.
In the near future the country will be covered by a blizzard and the roads will be covered with ice. Sharp changes in atmospheric pressure will have a negative impact on meteorological people.
The temperature will drop sharply - 7-8 degrees and February 24 will become the coldest day of this winter, the report says. -02D-
