Baku/13.06.21/Turan: President of the European Council Charles Michel highly appreciated the transfer of 15 arrested Armenians by Azerbaijan in exchange for providing Armenia with a map of the mined territories of the Agdam region.
"I welcome the mutual humanitarian gesture of Azerbaijan and Armenia - the transfer of the detainees and the provision of a map of mined territories," he wrote in his microblog on Twitter.
Charles Michel noted that this is the first step towards restoring mutual trust.
