Armenians are sure that after quarantine Azerbaijan will start a war

Yerevan's aspirations to join the Trans-Caspian International Transport Corridor (TMTC) have found a new advocate in James O'Brien, the U.S. Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs.
