The head of state has allocated AZN 5 million for the construction of Ganja State Philharmonic. The corresponding decree was signed by President Ilham Aliyev on 10 November. The funds are allocated from the Presidential Reserve Fund and will be transferred to the Executive Power of Ganja. -02D-
