Police in the role of censorship or artistic council
Nasimi district police did not allow the young rapper Kabus (Habib Rustam) to make a presentation of their clip. Rustam said that it is the second such ban. On February 16 last year, the staff of the 22nd Nasimi branch police broke his concert at the cinema "Vatan". This time frame he informed in advance on April 10 the Metropolitan Police about the presentation of the clip in the cafe «Deja Vu».
"Although such a procedure is not provided, I still went to the police, but received no reply," he said.
On April 21 he was summoned to the 22nd Nasimi Police Department and expressed a desire to see the clip. The next day at Nasimi Police was arranged screening, and he was told that the presentation was not allowed, he said. However, the rapper is going to make a presentation of the clip "Gladio" at the International Press Center.
