The sculpture of "Bear Buddy" is installed in Baku
Baku/13.04.17/Turan: The opening ceremony of the sculpture "Bear Buddy" - the talisman of Berlin in front of the hotel and business center ISR Plaza, where the embassy of Germany is located. As the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany Michael Kindskrab noted at the ceremony, this sculpture will become a symbol of friendship between the two countries.
"The sculpture of bear brought to Baku was of white color, the embassy and the Academy of Arts announced a competition, and the local painter colored the sculpture," the ambassador said.
The appearance of the sculpture is timed to the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. "In the past quarter of the century we created an excellent base for future relations. In the framework of bilateral cooperation developed inter-human contacts in the field of tourism and education," the ambassador said. -16D06-
