About Meeting of Shareholders of Baki Sigorta
JSC Baki Sigorta has outlined the AGM for 15 April. As they stated in the financial structure, the agenda mainly includes two questions: approval of the report on the last year's financial activities and profit distribution.
JSC Baki Sigorta with registered capital of 8.37 million AZN began to work on February 9, 1994 and renders services on 25 types of voluntary insurance. Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Elchin Guliyev and the Board is headed by Ramil Agayev.
The shareholders of JSC Baki Sigorta are OJSC Bank Respublika (55,21%), Murad Rahimov (9.5294%), as well as several legal (3 automobile companies) entities and one individual with a lower specific gravity.
Last year, the company collected 2 million 422.09 thousand manats with payments of premiums in 1 million 729.44 thousand manats. --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
