The Ministry of Finance has approved the rules of accounting in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards and the National Accounting Standards.
The new rules (https://goo.gl/Oy8VMi) are aimed at regulating accounting commercial organizations except for credit organizations and individuals engaged in business without establishing a legal entity.
