Americans under the another spy scandal want to complicate the affairs of Huawei, the Chinese giant in the field of telecommunications company.
ASccording to the former director of the NSA and the CIA, Michael Hayden, she said, " certainly it conducts intelligence activities in the interests of the Chinese authorities and, at least, shares with the state the vast amounts of information for internal use in relation to foreign telecommunication systems, in which Huawei deals. I think it is indisputable," he said.
The accusation is groundless because Hayden refers to the secrecy of the source, however, the U.S. manufacturers whch have lost because of competition from cheaper and of equal quality goods billions of dollars, like it.
Hayden added that, in his opinion, Western intelligence agencies have solid evidence of espionage activities of Huawei. The company denies that it has direct ties to the Chinese government, but the U.S. Congress last year appealed to prohibit companies participation in the signing of contracts with the U.S. administration. In addition, the company was prevented from participating in the tender for the creation of broadband information network in Australia.
As for Hayden, it is important figure in U.S. intelligence, and means what he says. He was head of the National Security Agency (NSA) in 1999-2005, and the CIA in 2006-2009.
