AMF Mortgage Bonds of AZN 20 Million Registered
The Financial Markets Supervision House has registered 20,000 mortgage bonds of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF) at a nominal value of 1,000 manat each.
The term of the bonds with 3% of the annual income is 3,600 days.
On January 27 AMF placed the first issue of mortgage bonds totaling 10 million manat.
Total AMF intends to place mortgage bonds in the amount of AZN 50 million.
This year, AMF will receive AZN 50 million from the state budget for mortgage loans. ---71D
