Announced two insider transactions on the shares of Unibank
Baku/25.12.13/Turan : BSE released information about two insider trading on preferred shares of Commercial Bank "Unibank". Rule on disclosure of insider trading act with December 14, 2012 , which for the past 12 months, only 4 insider recalled in the two companies .
Member of the Board of Unibank Jalal Alekber oglu Gasimov bought 183,825 shares and Inna Ivashchenko (her involvement in Unibank has not been reported ) - 73,575 shares. Both transactions are furnished at nominal value of shares - 2.72 manat. After these transactions Jalal Gasimov and Inna Ivashchenko are respectively 0.71 % and 0.28 % of shares of Unibank.
The deals were concluded on September 30 and December 8 , but presented in a disclosure to the BSE on December 17 .
Besides ordinary shares outstanding are 2,941,200 preferred shares of Unibank for 2012-2013 year. They guarantee their owners 16.67 % per annum of the face value. 08D
