Insurance Company AXA MBASK is preparing for the general meeting of shareholders.
According to the official announcement, the event will be held at the head office on March 14.
It is expected to approve the results of last year's activities and financial statements. In addition, shareholders also have to approve the company's budget for 2013, to amend the charter due to the increase of the authorized capital.
Open Joint Stock Company AXA MBASK has been operating in the insurance market since 1992 and provides services in 25 voluntary and 4 items of compulsory insurance.
Recall that in October 2010, the insurance company changed its main shareholder. Controlling interest (51%) was acquired by AXA Group (France) through its subsidiary AXA Sequros Generales, SA, De Sequros Y Reasequros (Spain). The remaining 49% is owned by a citizen of Azerbaijan Eldar Garibov.
On December 7, 2010 License MBASK was updated at AXA MBASK in connection with the change of company name.
Paid-up share capital of the company now stands at 8.74 million manat.
It has a national network of 5 branches and representative offices.
The collected premiums in 2012 were 17.7 million AZN, and the payments - 5.87 million manat. - 17D-
