AtaHolding to Hear Report on Subsidiary Activities
An annual general meeting of shareholders of the insurance company AtaSigorta, has been scheduled for June 9, although 100% of the securities are at the disposal of the investment AtaHolding.
According to the financial agency, the main issue will be to discuss the results of its operations last year. Both the Board and the Council of Directors will report and then financial statements confirmed by an auditor's report will be approved.
In addition, the issue of the distribution of profits earned last year will be solved.
JSC AtaSigorta received a license for insurance activities in September 2004.
According to the Association of Insurers of Azerbaijan, by April 1, the joint stock company raised 2 million 347.26 thousand manat with payments of premiums at the level of 776.79 thousand manat (ratio of 33.1%). --17D-
