ATMs and POS Terminals in Azerbaijan
The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) reported that in Azerbaijan by 1 May there were 2,642 existing ATM (+ 1.3% YTD). Most of them (1,484 units) are in Baku, while 1,158 are in the country.
In the context of the first European Games growth in the number of POS terminals was recorded (+ 6.9%) up to 78,039 at trade and service outlets. In Baku there are 49,824 (-0.5%), and in the regions there are 28,215 (+ 22.9%). Almost all of them (98.2%) operate in retail trade facilities (76,605). --17D-
