Commercial Bank OJSC Atrabank increases share capital by an amount of 40 million manat.
As the press service of the State Securities Committee , the relevant prospectus for 100 thousand ordinary registered uncertified shares of nominal value of AZN 400 , passed the state registration on Tuesday. According to the prospectus placement of new shares will be held by the mass offering at Baku Stock Exchange.
Controlling stake at Atrabank (73.9 %) belongs to the family of the chairman Elmikhan Nabiyev. - 15D -
