Azerbaijan intends to automate patent
The control system patent in Azerbaijan will be automated by March this year.
According to the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patent of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the project is implemented in cooperation with the International Cooperation Agency KOICA (Korea).
The use of an electronic control system for a limited number of users will start from coming Monday, January 21. Already conducted has been preliminary training for the staff of the Center Examination of Industrial Property (AzPatent) and other persons authorized by the patent.
The project covers the full electronization of the patent system under the "electronic government" (e-government), the use of e-government, the registration and protection of intellectual property, etc. - 17D-
