Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund Places Mortgage Bonds in Full
Held in Baku on January 27, Baku Stock Exchange auction of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF) fully placed the first issue of mortgage bonds totaling AZN 10 million.
The underwriter of the placement of secured mortgage bonds was the investment company JSC Pasha Capital.
Total AMF intends to place mortgage bonds in the amount of AZN 50 million. Investors receive income on them at a rate of 3% per annum.
Repayment of the bonds will take place in December 2026.
This year, AMF will receive AZN 50 million from the state budget for mortgage loans. ---08D

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
