Azerbaijan resumes oil transportation via Baku-Novorossiysk
Transportation of oil via the Baku-Novorossiysk reopened on July 22, reporters were told by the president of SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev. In June, oil pumping via the Baku-Novorossiysk was suspended, which, according to Abdullayev, was associated with the repair of the pipeline. "Now all the pipes are functioning. We can export oil via any route," said Abdullayev.
He also noted that during 2015 it is planned to transport via the Baku-Novorossiysk 1.5 million tons of oil. -02D-

This figure, which includes reserves held by the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) and the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), far exceeds the nation's external debt, which stands at a fraction of its reserves, specifically nearly 14 times less.
