Baku-Tbilisi-Kars project will start this year, Mammadyarov
The strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Georgia is based on friendship, mutual respect, and good neighborly relations, said at the joint briefing in Tbilisi the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov. "It is important that we remain economically viable countries. The Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline was one of the most important elements, which began strengthening both economic and political cooperation," he said.
The Minister also noted that the construction of the railway Baku-Tbilisi-Kars will be completed this year; the last station in Turkey, which will complete this year, then this railway will come into force. -02D-
