Baku tea factory will be used for storage space
The State Committee on Property (SCP) announced LLC Qorqud Assosiasiyasi winner of investment competition for sale of 93.96% of shares of JSC Baki Chaychekici.
The decision of the SCP competition committee was taken on May 16 and made public May 21, 2014. The competition was attended by the two contenders. Name of the second company is not made public.
On the development of the company within six months will be invested 400,000 manat. Former tea factory will be redesigned in the wholesale base and logistics center services.
LLC Qorqud Assosiasiyasi to purchase shares of a nominal value of 161,300 manat to the state budget will transfer 80,000 manat. The company was founded in 1995. What it does is unknown.
Note that the members of the personnel factory owned 6.04% of the shares of the JSC. In May and June of this year on the stock exchange were several transactions of purchase and sale of 3.7% stake.
SCP contrary to the law "On Privatization of" shall not disclose information about the land area of this JSC. - 08B-
