Bank BTB Attracts Subordinated Debt
JSC Bank BTB has attracted 8.5 million US dollars to the total capital through the placement of subordinated debt obligations (bonds), which acquired the investor, the bank's press-service.
The decision to issue the bonds was made on February 2 this year. The securities passed state registration on 23 February. On March 17, placement of the securities was completed. On state registration of securities is not officially reported.
Thus, the aggregate capital of Bank BTB has reached 61 million 727.2 thousand manats, which is 21% more than on December 31, 2015.
