Bank BTB posted a 39.1 % stake of the last issue
The shares of Bank BTB for a total of 4 million manat posted on Thursday at the Baku Stock Exchange.
Issue of 36.4 thsd ordinary documentary registered shares of 1 000 AZN passed state registration in May. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor). The underwriting services were provided by Unicapital.

The main shareholder of the bank ( 75 % equity ) is Mekhtiyeva Nigar Ismayil gyzy (on unofficial estimates - daughter-in-law of the head of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev ) .
