Bank Nikoil Increases Authorized Capital to 60 Million AZN
Bank Nikoil increases its authorized capital, the bank said.
According to Turan, at the meeting of the Supervisory Board, held in Moscow, it was decided to recommend to the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) to increase the bank’s authorized capital to 60 million AZN. The GMS is planned before the end of August 2016.
Currently, the bank's authorized capital is 34 million 500 thousand AZN.
Note that the requirement with respect to banks’ authorized capital is 50 million AZN. -----71D
