Bank of Azerbaycan grew in 2012 by 41.4%
Assets of Bank of Azerbaycan increased over the past year by 77.1 million or 41.4%, reaching 263.3 million manat.
Lending to individuals and businesses increased by 83.1 million or 62.7% and was equal to 215.5 million manat.
Deposit portfolio increased by 42.8 million or 41.6 percent to 145.6 million manat.
Paid charter capital increased during the period by 11.8 million or 35.2% to 45.3 million manat. -15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
