The opening ceremony was attended by the head of state, who was informed of updates, including electronic information center of the map and ASAN. Employees with specific examples showed that the activities of these centers are based on the principle of efficiency, transparency, thrift, responsibility, and convenience.
Since inception (January 15, 2013), the state agency for services to citizens and social service innovation had a total of about 100 thousand people.
The objectives of the establishment of centers "ASAN":
- Reduction of additional costs and loss of time the population;
- Achieving ensure utmost care and ethical standards in relation to citizens;
- Increase the level of specialization;
- Gain confidence in public institutions;
- Increasing transparency and the fight against corruption;
- Distribution of the use of electronic services;
- Increase the productivity of institutional reforms in this area. - 17D-
