BSE Ltd. sold the shares Invest-AZ for a special price
CJSC Baku Stock Exchange announced today that the new 20th in a row shareholder of the BSE is the brokerage company LLC Invest-AZ. The cost of the sale of the shares of the exchange brokerage company with a total nominal value of 60,000 manats was not disclosed.
The press service of the BSE told Turan in view of the fact that the placement of the shares was made by the private, the value of the transaction was not disclosed to persons not its shareholders. Placement results have been reported on September 17.
At present paid-up share capital of CJSC Baku Stock Exchange is 1.26 million manat. LLC Invest-AZ owns 4.76 % of its shares.
Invest-AZ LLC was established in January 2006 and is a member of the Istanbul Stock Exchange. In May this year the company received a broker-dealer license. In August, the company established by it, Invest Az Asset Management received a license for asset management in the securities market . - 08D-
