Bureau for Compulsory Insurance accumulates three quarters of all premiums

In general, participants in a collective piggy of the Bureau received the first month of the year , 43.53 million manat, which is slightly less than three-quarters ( 71.2% ) of the total ( 61.13 million manat). If we add to these prizes compulsory insurance against accidents and diseases at work, we shall see that the local market is mainly composed of compulsory insurance.
Almost the same pattern is in the ratio of payments - on all claims the insurance customers of the "elite companies" were paid 5.54 million ( 68.6 % of the 8.08 million manat compensated) . Here , as expected , leading was the company Pasha Sigorta (1,37 million manat), almost one and a half times faster than the nearest competitor, thanks to social orientation.
The Bureau of Compulsory Insurance was founded on 16 December 2011 in accordance with the requirements of the law of the same name . The structure includes 11 participants of the insurance market , which consists of 28 companies .
The primary function of the Bureau is compensatory payments and certain financial fund management , which will be produced by these compensation . Compensation will be made in the event of bankruptcy of insurance companies - members of the Bureau .
Financial resources of the Bureau are formed from the entrance fee , security deposit for each type of compulsory insurance , as well as 5 % of the total premiums for compulsory insurance that insurance companies will allocate monthly to the Bureau.
The law "On mandatory insurance " covers 4 types of compulsory insurance - CTP insurance, property insurance, liability insurance in the operation of real estate and insurance of passengers. At the same time under the terms of the law, services on these types of compulsory insurance can be provided only those insurance companies that are members of the Bureau. - 17D-
