Patients will be protected along with doctors
The Social Policy Committee of the Milli Mejlis prepared and recommended for discussion at the spring session of parliament bills on reproductive health , organizing children's activities , and social protection of young families, and several documents on patients' rights.
As the chairman of the committee on social policy Hadi Racabli told Turan, illi Majlis deputies take several more developments. Thus, parliamentarians intend during the spring legislation to limit the use of tobacco products in public places, to set the institute of family doctors, to adjust excesses in mourning ceremonies, as well as to pass children deprived of parental care to childless and other families.
Towards autumn the head of the committee hopes to finalize social law "On the Protection of Patients' Rights " , which will be linked to the rights of both patients and physicians and the draft law "On social protection of young families ."
According to him, at the autumn session in various pieces of legislation 12 amendments were introduced. The committee during the autumn session received 470 letters, 430 of them were appeals and complaints concerning mainly the return of deposits in Sberbank (Savings Bank), receiving targeted social assistance, allocation of pension benefits, providing apartments to the poor, he added. - 17D-
