Capitalization of Banks Dipped by 4.2%
The total capitalization of the local banking sector by November 1 was 4 billion 92.1 million AZN, reads the information of the Central Bank of AR (CBA).
In comparison with the beginning of the year, the figure dipped by 4.2% - as of January 1 the capitalization stood at 4,269,700,000 manats. In October, on the contrary, the level of capitalization grew by 0.11%.
In Azerbaijan, licenses for financial and credit activities belong to 43 banks, the control of the shares of two of which belongs to the state. --17D-
