Closed leading tea factory in Azerbaijan
LLC OVA, tea producer in the Lankaran tea factory, branded Beta Tea, announced its closure by decision of the sole shareholder, a Turkish citizen. It is believed that the company was the victim of uncontrolled competition. Production of tea in Lankaran is also provided by Gilan Tea Ltd. and Sun Tea.
According to official figures, LLC OVA had 422 workers.
