Construction Company of Premium Class to Cooperate with Local Suppliers
Today the group Yeni Hayat signed a cooperation agreement with three companies, which provides for the purchase of building materials (aerated concrete blocks, concrete and electrical cables) from local producers in order to eliminate the negative impact of the devaluation of the manat to the building and the industrial sector.
Established in 2002, the group of companies Yeni Hayat carries out projects for the construction of several housing complexes in Baku. One of them, Park Azure - 18-storey residential complex consisting of 585 apartments – will be completed at the end of this year. All the apartments have been sold. At the stage of implementation is the project Grand Hayat, Hayat Palace and Hayat Towers. We are talking about approximately 1 million m2.
At the signing ceremony, the chairman of the board of Group Yeni Hayat Farid Asadov said that the purchase of goods from selected partners will promote healthy competition with suppliers from abroad and an increase in local production. For example, LLC AAC (manufacturer of masonry blocks Gobustone) this year will increase production capacity by half (360 thousand m3 per year).
The document was signed by the leaders of the group of companies Yeni Hayat, AAC, Spark and Goknur-Baku.
Note that the group has properties Yeni Hayat Residence, Yeni Hayat Plaza, Azure Residence, Azure Plaza, Azure Shopping Center, and Megafun, ----08C
