Corporation Accord considering plans to threefold increase in cement plant
Baku/02.05.14/Turan : JSC Industrial-Construction Investment Corporation Accord plans to launch the second phase of construction of a cement plant in the Gazakh region . To this end, during the 8th International Cement Forum PetroCem-2014 (St. Petersburg, 27-29 April) it held talks with European manufacturers for the cement industry.
Corporation is considering the purchase of equipment and technology for the construction of the second line of clinker production (5000 tons / day) and 2 million tons of cement opportunities. On these plans the annual capacity of the plant will reach 3 million tons. In St. Petersburg, talks were held with representatives of the Danish company "FLSmidth". This company offers energy-saving and low risk to the environment of technology and equipment for the production of cement. Accord is interested in other equipment of this company needed to modernize the automation for the packaging and transport of cement. Agreed arrival in Gazakh district Danish specialists later this month .
The first phase of Gazakh cement plant was commissioned in July 2013 . Construction work was carried out in 2010. Technology allows for dry method up to 1 million tons of cement per year. Investments in venture totaled 225 million manats.
The plant has 452 hectares allocated for minerals. It employs about 300 people.
The leading construction corporation was established in August 2010 by the merger of two companies - JSC Accord Inshaat Senaye and Yeni Inshaat Consulting. The share capital of Accord is 74.2 million manat.
Shareholders of Accord includes Ilgar Hajiyev (24.5%) , Daria Veliev (24.5%) and LLC VIP Estate. The corporation is managed and controlled by Ashraf Kamilov (http://bfb.az/about-markets/emissiya-prospektleri-istiqrazlar). He owns a 99 % stake in the holding company JSC Synergy Group and many others. - 08B-
