Each Azerbaijani has 1.1 mobile phones
Internet penetration in Baku constituted 89.5% and in the republic – 65%. The broadband internet is now accessible to 30% users.
Azerbaijan Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies said during 6 months this year in average 20 PCs fall to each 100 people in the country. 78 PCs were registered per 100 Baku residents.

The share of revenues of communication sector in Azerbaijan GDP constituted 1.74%, approximately 74.3% of revenues in this sector fell to the non-governmental communication enterprises.
