BAKU/27.12.13/Turan : In order to attract to social insurance of employed persons particularly important condition along with carrying out their registration is full legalization of wages paid in the workplace, told the chairman of the State Social Protection Fund ( SSPF) Elman Mehdiyev.
According to him, in order to solve the above problems , since last year , the fund together with the relevant authorities were more than 600 thousand people, bringing the total number of insured persons to 2 million 630 thousand.
"However, the problem of full legalization of wages occurs more of collusion employer and employee , and the possibility of administrative interference of the state here in a market economy are not wide .
