FIMSA Registered Prospectus of Mortgage Fund Issues in Amount of AZN 100 Million
The Financial Markets Supervision Authority (FIMSA) has registered a prospectus of bonds of the CJSC Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF) for AZN 100 million, FIMSA said.
100,000 mortgage bonds were registered at a nominal value of 1,000 manat each.
According to the Mortgage Fund, the JSC has completed placement of bonds for a total of AZN 50 million. The last tranche of the issue for the amount of 20 million manat was placed on Friday.
Recall that in 2017, AMF plans to place the issue of bonds for 200 million manat. -----71D
