BAKU/18.12.13/TURAN : JSC Finance Leasing increases share capital by 200 thousand manats or 20 % to 1.2 million manat.
As the press service of the State Committee for Securities , the relevant prospectus of 200 ordinary registered uncertified shares of 1 000 AZN passed state registration on Tuesday .
According to the prospectus , placement will be held by the mass accommodation at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE ) . Underwriter of the shares will be LLC Tekhnika Capital Management.
Finance Leasing has been operating in the leasing market since 2007. Its shareholders are 16 individuals. - 15B -

Rashad Huseynov has been appointed as the new director of the Center for Agricultural Research under the Ministry of Agriculture, replacing Firdousi Fikretzade who led the center since 2019. Fikretzade stepped down from his position on June 10 at his own request.

Since July 1, bus and metro fares have increased by 10 qəpik, reaching 50 qəpik. The fare for buses on the Baku-Sumgayit route has risen from 60 qəpik to 70 qəpik.
