Finance Leasing Issues Bonds for $ 600,000
The local leasing company Finance Leasing plans to issue bonds for $ 600,000.
According to Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the State Securities Committee has registered the issue prospectus of bonds of the company. The issue includes 1.2 thousand bonds with par value of $ 500 per security to be posted for a period of 720 days at a rate of 14% per annum.
Underwriter of the placement of the additional issue will be LLC Tekhnika Capital Management.
Finance Leasing was registered in April 2007. Its shareholders are 16 individuals.
The authorized capital of the company is 1 million manat. --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
