The BSE today begins placement of interest book-entry registered unsecured bonds of ParaBank. Underwriter of securities placement is LLC Chelsea Capital.
The State Committee for Securities registered in the end of December last year, the prospectus of ParaBank bonds totaling 6 million manat. Nominal value of one bond is 1000 AZN, the term is 5 years, and the annual interest rate is 15%.
Most recently, in August last year was state registration of the prospectus of unsecured interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds for AZN 10 million, according to the same percentage rate.-15D--

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
