Identified 220,000 illegal immigrants
In 2012, state agencies concluded individual labor contracts with 220,000 employees engaged to perform work in violation of labor laws. However, these data do not fit together with other official data on employment.
The post on legalization of 220,000 jobs was spread by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection. Prior to that, the Ministry of Taxes reported on the legalization of 180,000 jobs in 2012, only for his effort.
According to the Ministry of Labor, Public Employment Service provided in 2012 29 700 of the 49 300 people who applied to its local service at work. The President said that his government has made discoveries in the last year 117,000 new jobs.
According to the State Committee of Statistics, at the beginning of 2012 the number of employed persons was 1,387,500 people. But at the beginning of December 2012 the legalization of existing jobs and created jobs only provided for increase in the number of employees by 83,000 people.
