The plenary session of the Milli Majlis adopted further amendments to the Tax Code of Azerbaijan.
According to legislative changes, value-added tax exempt is the import and sale of seeds and seedlings, fertilizers and pesticides, laboratory equipment, machinery for cultivation, cleansing, sorting and grading seed, grain and legumes. Not subject to VAT will be also the import and sale of breeding stock, as well as the import of veterinary products for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of farm animals and birds, plants, machinery, equipment and technology for agricultural purposes. --17D-
