Increase the authorized capital of the company Mega Sigorta
Insurance Company Mega Sigorta plans to increase its authorized share capital from 10 million to 10.5 million manat (+5%).
According to the State Securities Committee (SSC), 14 May registered the issue prospectus and the shareholders decided to release 100 book-entry shares with par value of AZN 5 by applying the method of mass placement.
Insurance company Mega Sigorta operates in the insurance market since October 2010.
Shareholders of the company are 6 individuals.
The company is licensed to provide services for 29 types of insurance, including compulsory 4.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN.
