Insurance Company Qala Hayat Increases Authorized Capital
The insurance company Qala Hayat increases its authorized capital by 2 million 860 thousand manat.
The Financial Market Supervision House reported that it registered 1,000 shares at a nominal value of 2,860 manat each.
The shares will be distributed in the closed mode among the company's shareholders.
Note that Qala Hayat has been functioning since 2008. The authorized capital is 10 million 10 thousand manat. ---71D
