International Transport Exhibition Opened in Baku
The 14th International Transport, Transit and Logistics Exhibition, TransCaspian 2015, will be held on 12-14 May at the Baku Expo Center. As the leading event of the transport sector in the Caucasus region, the exhibition contributes to the development of transport infrastructure in Azerbaijan, it demonstrates the potential of attracting cargo for transit through Azerbaijan and helps find the best transportation options for cargo owners.
TransCaspian 2015 will present companies from Azerbaijan, Austria, Belarus, France, Georgia, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, and Switzerland. Our range of exhibitors currently includes Access Trans, Alstom Transport, Auto Lift Gmbh, Liebherr, Stadler Rail Management AG, TransCaucas Terminals, Gomel Wagon Works, Pervaya Lokomotivnaya Kompaniya (First Locomotive Company), Uralvagonzavod Plant, MTZ Transmash and many others. Along with commercial companies, the Azerbaijan’s public transport structures - Azerbaijan Railways, Azerbaijan State Caspian Shipping Company and the State Automobile Transport Service will participate in the exhibition. The exhibition will also present sectors such as maritime and land transport, ports and port facilities, rail transport, information systems and commercial vehicles. The TransCaspian exhibition is sponsored by the Swiss Stadler Rail Management AG company, who manufacture railroad passenger cars, specialized rail cars and trams.
Thus, TransCaspian 2015 will create an excellent opportunity to establish and expand new effective and mutually beneficial contacts, to enter into promising contract, to make investments, to exchange experiences and to assess the market.
The organizers of TransCaspian 2015 are Iteca Caspian LLC and its partner, ITE Group Plc. The exhibition also benefits from the official support of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) and the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASK).
