Iranian company performs first flights to Baku
On June 16 the Iranian "ATA Airlines" performed the first flights: Tehran-Baku-Tabriz and Tabriz-Baku-Tehran.According to the Iranian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mohsen Pakain, these flights will be operated twice a week - on Mondays and Thursdays. The airplane "Airbus 320" will take off at 12:15 from Tehran and arrive in Baku at 13:30. After half an hour the plane will fly to Tabriz. After some time, it will return to Baku, and at 18:00 will fly to Tehran, the ambassador said. The ticket price will be 180 manat, the ambassador said, adding that opening one more flight between Baku and Mashhad is expected by the end of the year. -02D-
