Juice producers worsened performance indicators
In the first half of 2014, Azerbaijan produced 1,578,400 deciliters (dal) fruit juices, told Turan the State Statistics Committee. In recent years, despite the overall increase, many juice producers worsened performance in terms of production.

The State Customs Committee has fixed the export of Azerbaijani 4 290,8 deciliters of juice ($ 4,887,000). As the figures, exports to 2.7 times higher than the announced volume production. In the first six months of this year were delivered to 2 659,2 deciliters of juices and their concentrates. Liter of juice is declared at Azerbaijani customs at $ 1.21.

According to the annual consumption of the population balance in 2013, in Azerbaijan there was consumed 28 600 tons of fruit and vegetable juices. This is 4.3% less than in 2012.
