Last Year, NDC Registered Transactions on Additional Issue of Shares for Almost 4.5 Billion Manat
In the past year through the National Depository Center (NDC) transactions within the additional issue of shares of the total value of 4 billion 447 million 693.71 thousand manat were recorded. This is 5.5 times more than in 2013.
According to NDC, during this period on the basis of 58 contracts there were registered 899 deals of issuers on the additional issue of hares.
Registered were 5 180 exchange transactions in the aggregate nominal amount of 1 billion 292 million 186.41 thousand manat.
In addition, registered were 545 OTC transactions with securities having an aggregate nominal value of 73 million 249.48 thousand manat.
NDC was founded in September 1997. In 1999, the center was transferred to the balance of the SSC, in connection with which it was reregistered in September 1999.
The authorized capital of the center is 1.4 million manat. NDC provides services to nearly 1.2 thousand issuers. --17D-
