Lawyers of banks find it necessary to improve legislation
Strategy of significant legal risks in the banking sector needs to be improved - the director of the Legal Department of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, Rena Melikova.
At the first meeting of the "round table" of lawyers of the banking sector, established under the mediation of the Association of Risk Professionals of Azerbaijan (ARPA) at the Park Inn decided to combine the efforts of managers in this segment. The need is to develop legislation regulating the legal auditing principles and standards of legal risk management in the financial system.
Considered were organizational matters. So, the first chairman of the "round table" elected advisor to the chairman of the Board of AtaBank, director of the legal department of Ata Holding, a member of the Board of Directors of the ARPA Korkmaz Agayev.
It was deemed necessary to conduct quarterly meetings in this format. In September, the next meeting will be held of the "round table" of bank lawyers. - 17D-
