Ltd. Pasha Holding will produce pipes
LLC PMD Industries is building a factory for the production of steel and plastic pipes. The company will be commissioned this year.
The company is built for the company's own funds. Later, however, it will involve both local and foreign investors, said the director of PMD Industries Araz Agayev.
Ltd. PMD Industries was established on the 28th December 2013 and is a member of LLC PMD Group. The group is founded by the holding company Pasha Holding. Agayev did not disclose information about the whereabouts of the new industrial plant, saying only that it is located in the Absheron peninsula. The capacity, the investment and the number of employees is still a trade secret.
The share capital of LLC PMD Industries and LLC PMD Group is 35 million and 10 million manat respectively.
Pasha Holding was founded on 1 November 2006. The holding companies operate in insurance, banking, construction, real estate development, tourism and business areas. The holding has an office in Istanbul. The total assets of Pasha Holding are about 2.6 billion manat and the company’s capital is 572 million manats.
